  • Bob anderson

    Senior Pastor  [Email Bob]

    Bob attended North Park University in Chicago and earned a BA in Psychology. He then went on to North Park Seminary and earned a Masters of Divinity. He’s been serving at Redeemer Covenant since 2008. He’s also served Covenant Congregations since 1977 in MN, IL, WI, RI and CA. 


    Bob has been married to Robin since 1976 and they have two children, Matt Anderson, married to Kelsey, and Kirsten Sands, married to Luke. They have two granddaughters, Elise and Ayla, and one grandson, Isaac. Bob loves helping people get to the next step, preaching, missions, local outreach, and getting to know people better.  He enjoys swimming, golf, travel, reading, good movies, old and new friends, and spending time with family spread throughout the country.

  • James bullock

    Director of Youth Ministries  [Email James]

    James Bullock is a driven youth leader. He is a graduate of William Jessup University, and plans to have his Masters in Divinity by fall of 2017 from Fuller Theological Seminary. He has been working with youth for over six years, and finds great joy in seeing young people know God.

    James, and his wife Kacey have been married for five years. He enjoys spending time with family, reading great books, and kayaking.

  • Natalie Godshall

    Director of Children's Ministries  [Email natalie]

    Natalie Godshall has been the Children’s Director at RCC since 2014. She has been married to Matthew, a Professor at William Jessup University, for nearly 16 years. During their adventure together they have lived all over the United States and have three children. Natalie is passionate about raising the next generation of Christ followers, whether that is in her home with her children that she homeschools, or at her church at Redeemer.


    She has a B.A. in Bible Exposition with an emphasis in Christian Education. At Redeemer she oversees ministry to children from birth to 5th grade. She loves to garden - but you would never guess it by looking at her yard! Hopefully in a different phase of her life she’ll have more time for it! Her favorite book is Prodigal God by Tim Keller.

  • Connie Steele

    Director of SWCPS  [Email Connie]

    Connie attended William Jessup University and graduated with a BS in Business Management and Ethics. She also holds a BS in Bible and Theology. She has been involved in Early Childhood Education since 1989 and has been at Small Wonders Christian Preschool with Redeemer Covenant Church since 2000. Connie has been married to Kim Steele since 1982. They have three grown children and four grandchildren.


    Connie loves working with young children, getting to know them as individuals, and teaching them resourcefulness, respect, and responsibility. She especially enjoys having the opportunity to tell these little ones about Jesus and His love for them. Connie also likes to encourage the children’s parents in their God given task of parenting.


    In her free time she loves being with her family and grandchildren. She enjoys singing, music, cooking, gardening, family game nights, and traveling.

    Director of Worship  [Email matt]

    Matt has been on staff at Redeemer since 2011. After attending Covenant Bible College in Windsor, CO, he went on to North Park University in Chicago. It was there he felt a calling to Music Ministry while being on one of the campus worship teams/writing and recording music with friends.


    Matt enjoys hiking, skateboarding, treasure hunting at Goodwill, food, photography, and trying anything new. Matt is most fulfilled by time with his wife Kelsey and son Isaac, music, creating, being on the water, and talking with random strangers about their life in order to gain better perspective on the infinite variety of all Gods children.

  • Janell vincent

    administrative assistant  [Email Janell]

    Janell  attended San Diego State University and graduated with a BA after creating her own major blending Commercial Recreation, Health Science, and Child Development. She taught Outdoor Education for Orange County’s Dept. of Education during the school year and directed Catalina Island Girls Camp during the summer until she married.


    Janell has worked in three churches for the last 16+ years as an office administrator. She also enjoys serving on the tech team on Sundays.


    Janell has two adult children. Her son Jeremiah Vincent is an adventurer and loves horticulture. Her daughter Sara Auch is married to Brad and they have two beautiful daughters, Becca and Aria. When Janell is not in the office organizing something, she is loving on those granddaughters, longarm quilting, teaching crafts, gardening, cooking, swimming, or traveling.
