We invite you to participate in the denomination’s  Liturgical Common Read of Welcoming the Stranger. This is an opportunity to move beyond polarized debates and ground our response in Scripture, guided by our historic Covenant questions, “Where is it written?”  This book offers theological insights and real stories that help us understand the people behind a complex issue. We will meet on Tuesdays from 7-8pm in room 5 starting Tuesday, October 21st. Our Redeemer Kids have been working through the Exodus story the last few weeks on Sunday morning. Because of that we will be watching and everyone is invited to come to church to watch The Prince of Egypt (1998) on the big screen in the Worship Center on October 24th @5:30. Eat dinner before, or bring it with you, we’ll provide popcorn, snacks and drinks!

Join us in Lake Tahoe on October 25th from 9am-1pm for a Fall Color Hike. Matt Ryan will be leading the hike through the beauty of creation. Please let Pastor Dan know if you would like to attend so we can plan carpools and the hike accordingly.

Join us for an information meeting on Sunday, November 2nd after church to find out more about our denomination's summer camp for elementary age kids! Frontier Ranch in the Santa Cruz mountains has sleep away camps ranging from 3 days to 5 days for kids 3rd through 6th grade. Registration opens December 1st.  We would love to gauge interest and see if we can get a group of our Redeemer Kids that might want to go together this summer. 

Our Youth are joining in with YoungLife Capernaum and going to camp together! All High School age youth are invited to attend winter camp at Woodleaf November 21st & 22nd. Cost is $175 per camper. For help to go and for more information contact Guisseppe.
